How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
These two kittens were adopted from the Goathouse, where they were surrendered at barely two weeks old by a guy who threatened to throw them in the trash. They were bottle-raised and so happy to still be alive. This brother and sister pair is very bonded and although they are older now they still do a lot together - especially getting in trouble! In the picture, they had collectively decided my shoes needed to be attacked and they spend quite some time playing with the straps and biting holes in them... Peter loves to splash water around and get into closets and pull stuff out of them, and Lizzy loves to wake you up in the middle of the night by crying in your ear or licking your because she is out of wet food and needs a new bowl NOW. They are also supersweet. Peter purrs all the time (while eating, playing, sitting next or on top of you) and Lizzy talks and chatters and chirps non-stop. I'm grateful to the goathouse for saving these cuties and for doing such a great job raising and socializing them!
