Kiki's life was saved by Cathy's k9 rescue, and brought to our home through their perseverance and commitment. Rescued from a home she had been abandoned in and left for dead for 30 days while pregnant with 14 puppies! Nancy and her team nursed her emaciated body back to health and continued to care for her for more than 2 years while attempting to place her. Our family adopted her last year, and our lives have been forever changed as a result. We nursed her through a cancer removal last year, and she is now healthy and happy. The power of together completely describes how our lives are now intertwined with Nancy and her amazing rescue's beautiful work. Kiki is the light of our home, and without Cathy's K9 rescue, we would never had had the opportunity to love her for however many days she has.
