How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
This is Jinxie. The photo represents the peace, tranquility, compassion and trust created through Petco and a community of volunteers, donors, vets, foundations, and adopters. This is what happens when a network for good works together towards ending the suffering of companion animals. Jinxie was brought back from the brink of death by Chesapeake Feline Association as he was discarded as a five day old kitten left to starve and die. Jinxie was adopted at four months old in 8/2013 after my 7 year adopted cat died of injection site sarcoma in 7/2013. At the time I was heart broken, and very sick in the hospital and a staff person in the hospital give me Chesapeake Feline Association contact information and told me about Jinxie who quickly became my companion who now lives as a very well loved, and cared for member of my family. He really is a miracle made possible by loving hearts and hands. This is his first of many Christmas' in my home.
