Rules

Online voting is open 10:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, March 31, 2023 until 4:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, April 10, 2023. Winners will be announced during an Awards Ceremony on Facebook Live on April 10 at 5:30 pm. Winners need not be present at the ceremony to receive their prizes. The winners will be calculated by adding together the online and in person vote totals. All photos of entries are property of the Carroll County Arts Council and may not be used elsewhere without permission.
