The Carroll County Arts Council intends to reschedule the in-person PEEPshow exhibit at the Arts Center for a later date IF POSSIBLE. And all entries in the online contest would also be displayed at this in-person exhibit. However, should circumstances prevent us from rescheduling the exhibit, these photos of entries will remain online for everyone to view.
