Rules

Online voting is open April 12, 2019 at 10am until April 23, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Winners for both the online and in person voting contests will be announced at the Carroll Arts Center during an Awards Ceremony on April 23 at 6:30 pm. Winners need not be present at the Ceremony to receive their prizes. The Grand Prize winner will be calculated by adding together the on line and in person vote totals. Entries may win prizes in more than one category (on line / in person / grand prize).
