Rules

Online voting is open April 7, 2017 at 10:00am – April 19, 2017 at 5:00pm. Winners for both the online and in person voting contests will be announced at the Carroll Arts Center during an Awards Ceremony on April 19 at 6:30 pm. Winners need not be present at the Ceremony to receive their prizes. Each winner will be contacted directly by email or phone. 1^st – 5^th place winner for most votes In Person will also be awarded prize packages. They Grand Prize winner will be calculated by adding together the on line and in person vote totals. Entries may win prizes in more in more than one category (on line / in person / grand prize).
