Rules
There is no limit on how many photos you can enter. Feel free to enter more than one pet, more than one photo of a pet or just one pet.
Contest is live from 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, August 10, 2024 to 8:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, August 24, 2024
Animals do not need to be adopted from PAWS New England to enter - while PAWS New England is a dog rescue, cats, goats, chickens and lizards (any animals) are welcome!
In case of a tie, PAWS New England will randomly select a winner.
Photos must be of your pet - no humans allowed
Photo captions must accompany all submissions, and include the name of the animal, and a brief story about him/her. Please limit this to 100 words.
Photos to be included in the calendar must be a high resolution, horizontal (
landscape
) orientation digital image. At the conclusion of the contest, winners will have 48 hours to submit a landscape oriented photo to be included in the calendar if their original submission is not landscape orientation. If a photo is not received, the position in the calendar will be forfeited.
Contest participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit the photos being entered in the contest. By submitting to the contest, you affirm that you are the photographer or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer, to include the photo.
Do not submit collages. Any collages will be removed from entry and the entry fee and voting donations will be forfeited to Paws New England.
PAWS New England reserves the right to utilize photo submissions in any manner deemed appropriate, beyond the scope of the 2025 calendar project.
No refunds will be provided.
