Pet's Story
Bernie was found as a stray in AK. His owner never claimed him. Bernie arrived at a shelter in TN and became the shelter favorite. He was transported to NE in March.
What first attracted us to Bernie was his name - it was my dad's name who passed away in 2020. We took that as a sign! The family vote was to keep his name.
We adopted Bernie on Good Friday and it was indeed a 'Good Friday'! Love at first sight for all!
Bernie loves his squeeky toys and will try his hardest to find the squeeker. He is very sociable and enjoys playing with the neighborhood pups. Bernie excels at zoomies, no matter what time of the day!
Bernie quickly became a loving addition to our family. It has only been several months but we can not imagine life without him. We look forward to many new adventures with our forever friend. We are "pawsitively" blessed!
