Pet's Story
Layla was found under a porch in Texas doing what she could to care for her six young pups when they were rescued by PAWS New England. Sadly, one of her pups didn’t make it but she and her other pups were nursed back to health and ready for their forever homes! All her puppies were adopted so it was Mamma’s turn. After being treated for heart worm Layla made her way to NE to start the next chapter of her journey. The moment Layla came into my life, every one of her days has been filled with love and more importantly, consistent meals! You are powerless when she looks at you with her big, brown eyes. She captures your heart the moment you meet her and that is why her tagline is, “beggar of treats, thief of hearts”.
