Pet's Story
Tess came to us through PAWS from Memphis, where her owners were charged with animal abuse. Regardless, she loves people. She follows us everywhere and wants to be on top of you at all times: on your lap, foot, legs, head, any way possible! This is a photo from this summer when she was on a hike with her “sister” Lilly. A few days later, Lilly had a slipped disc and emergency surgery. Her rear legs are now paralyzed, so we will forever cherish this last picture of them hiking together. This photo was taken by their lovely hiking companion, Angie, of Adventure Pups Cooperative.
