Contest period runs from 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, November 1, 2024 – 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, November 30, 2024
Eligibility:
Contest is open to all employees of FirstService Corporation, its subsidiaries and its franchises in the United States and Canada with the exception of those residing in Quebec. Those outside the FirstService organization may enter and vote but will not be eligible for prizes. When you submit your entry, you will be asked to specify which non-profit you wish to direct a portion of funds raised should your entry be among the top 3 vote earners. Please note that this contest is intended to raise money for animal welfare and rescue organizations so your stated charity must fall into this category.
Entry fee:
Each photo entry costs $5 USD; you may enter as many pets as you wish. By submitting a photo entry, you acknowledge that your entry is your own original work.
Photo Requirements:
- Photos of dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, reptiles and birds are accepted
- Photos may contain more than one pet
- Photos must only contain domestic pets (no people)
- Photos must be full-color, no heavily filtered, edited or altered photos
- The entry photograph must be taken by you. We do not accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
Voting:
Votes are $1 USD each (every $1 donation counts as one vote and is non-refundable). Voters may submit as many votes as they wish. Charges from the contest will appear as "Planned Companies PA."
Winner selection:
This contest is judged by the online community who can vote with $1 per vote for the photo they like best. Winners will be determined by the top 3 entries that receive the most votes cast on the contest software located at
gogophotocontest.com/PawsFirst.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulation under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest whose decisions are final and binding.
Grand Prize:
The entry that receives the most votes will be deemed the Grand Prize winner. 50% of all funds raised through entry fees and votes (minus GogoPhoto Contest administrative and credit card processing fees) will be donated to the Grand Prize Winner's animal rescue or welfare charity of choice. Grand Prize winner will also win the prize package described below. In addition, the Grand Prize and 2
nd and 3
rd place winners will have their pet photos included in an upcoming issue of FirstService's Spotlight newsletter.
Grand Prize- 50% of funds raised will go to this winner's chosen charity (minus GoGoPhoto and credit card processing fees)

- Winning photo and pet bio featured in Spotlight newsletter
- Approximate value = $300 USD
Second Place Prize Package- 30% of funds raised will go to this winner's chosen charity (minus GoGoPhoto and credit card processing fees)

- Winning photo and pet bio featured in Spotlight newsletter
- Approximate value = $150 USD
Third Place Prize Package- 20% of funds raised will go to this winner's chosen charity (minus GoGoPhoto and credit card processing fees)
- Choice of 3 month BarkBox Subscription OR MeowBox Subscription
- Winning photo and pet bio featured in Spotlight newsletter
- Approximate value = $60 USD
Winner Notification:
