About Us

PawsFirst is a community-oriented working group of pet lovers from various companies within the FirstService Corporation family. Our group was established as an initiative under the FirstService Social Purpose program to create opportunities for animal lovers to support animal shelters and rescue efforts in our local communities.

At PawsFirst, we understand the vital role that pets play in our lives, and we are passionate about providing them with the love and care they deserve. We believe that every deserving animal out there deserves a loving home, and we strive to make this a reality for as many animals as possible.

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the PawsFirst Pet Photo Contest - Our first contest of its kind that supports local animal rescue efforts through a simple "submit and support" initiative. With every photo entry submitted, the participant has the gratifying opportunity to support a 501(c)(3) local animal charity of their choice.
