What makes your pet special?
Sparky is my pet. I got him the day after Valentine's Day on February 15th, 2014. His owner surrendered him to me because he was moving out of an apt. Me and Sparky used to live in a house, but we then moved to an apartment at Willow Heights Apartments in Decatur, Illinois on Wellington Way with a lot of pet rules. Sparky would like to have his own fenced-in yard and fewer rules. I promise him a forever home.
