Peanut loves everyone, he is the sweetest boy. He thinks he is a 70-pound lap dog. LOVES Toys and balls and lots of Treats. I adopted him a little over a year ago, he was so skinny and sad. They said he wasn't doing well in the environment, just too much stress he needed a home. I knew right away he was mine so I took him that day. He is a big goofball who never met a stranger. Always happy and ready for adventure. His favorite things are eating stuffed animals, camping, hiking, swimming in the lake, chasing squirrels, playing with friends and napping. Funny story, On the first day of dog training class he was ignoring me because he didn't get a treat when we came in. The dog trainer kept saying his name over and over and he ignored her and me. She looked at me and said, "Does he know his name?" I was so embarrassed, oh yes ma'am he knows his name when there is a treat involved. He has so much personality and love to give. He recently completed and passed The Canine Good Citizen program. He's an Amazing Dog.

How would your pet spend the day if they could plan an afternoon of fun?
If Peanut could pick a whole afternoon of fun he would choose the Lake. He absolutely loves riding in the front of the boat with the wind in his face alongside his best friend Harley. Jumping off the boat and chasing birds along the shoreline.
