A little about me...
My name is Cody and I used to live on the streets of Los Angeles. Every night I would wish upon a fire hydrant that I would someday find my forever family.
One day, while I was out looking for them, somebody picked me up and took me to an animal shelter. I was so worried that I would no longer be able to wish upon a fire hydrant. How would I ever find my forever family?
Well, they found me. One sunny afternoon, they pushed open the shelter doors and ran straight toward me. I took one look at them and immediately knew that they were my family. For forever.
Now, every morning I get to lie in my backyard with my very own fire hydrant! Except now I wish for things such as new toys and delicious treats!
Often, I find myself looking at my fire hydrant with amazement and wonder. Are they really magical? Do they really hear wishes? I like to think so.
So, remember - the next time you see a fire hydrant, make a wish. Because wishes do come true. I know mine did. 🩷
