What can we say about Bill, other than he is awesome. Bill is a Eurasian Collared dove who experienced some sort of attack/injury and has chronic non-progressive neurological spasticity similar to cerebral palsy. He cannot fly, but he gets around. Bill has a gentle flock, gentle friends, and a sweet companion, Eleventy. Bill Dove spends a lot of time "Bill doving", hanging out on the floor on his back with his friends. Thank you to Dr. Tino for all her stellar care. We love Bill!
