Pigeons normally lay two eggs per month, but through Fuji we discovered sometimes they lay three! Our rescue pigeons Poppy and Mr. Mimi managed to hide their third egg from us and we got Fuji by mistake. Although we didn't plan to have him he's a wonderful Sassy pigeon who loves to battle his pet humans and annoy his father by standing in front of his nest when hes on egg duty. We rescued the lovely pearl and she married Fuji, but tragically she died from ovarian cancer. We hope we can rescue another wife for him one day
