Meet Sprocket, a lucky to be alive Roller pigeon who was found grounded. Thankfully, a couple of good Samaritans noticed her and helped get her to Palomacy. Abby is Sprocket's husband (and her favorite chair - and Abby is just fine with that). Abby is a survivor of the cruel "sport" of pigeon racing. Like so many birds like him, he got lost during a race (likely when he was very young) and was found in a local backyard, so tired and hungry that he walked up to the homeowner's dog with no fear. Luckily, the homeowner knew this was unusual and took him in and called Palomacy.

Sprocket was a widow and after meeting Abby she was instantly smitten and quick to marry him. Together they build the highest nest in their foster aviary. As long as the pine needle supply is well stocked, they will continue to build!
