Even though I only spent one year with this pigeon in Ohio, I am forever thankful I met her, and her siblings, as she turned my (indifference towards) pigeons into Love! She looked so much like a beautiful Snowdrop flower, bowing gracefully for this photo, perhaps reflecting on "To a Snowdrop" by William Wordsworth:
"Lone Flower, hemmed in with snows, and white as they, but hardier far, once more I see thee bend Thy forehead, as if fearful to offend...Nor will I then thy modest grace forget, Chaste Snowdrop, venturous harbinger of Spring."
