"Love Dove" and "Pacis" live up to their names, behaving as an affectionate and devoted couple, even while molting!
Sadly, Love Dove passed away on June 27, 2024. But we hope to adopt another female Half-Collared Dove to love, (and for Pacis) from Palomacy.
Pacis stunned me one day, when the (extended version) of "Purple Rain" was playing. He suddenly stood up, and started "cooing" with Prince at the end of the song. It sounded lovely! Now I understand that doves can truly enjoy human music!
