Pigeons need to eat their greens just as much as we do! Every bird in my aviary loves their greens, which are various forms of lettuce (romaine, green leaf, butter and iceberg) as well as spinach. Pigeons have very small beaks. They need their lettuce to be upright and stable in order to tear it off and eat it.
