Titan was rescued by Great Lakes Pigeon Rescue. At the time he was saved he weighed about 250g. After months of slow rehabilitation, he now weighs 823g. Most birds with that level of emaciation do not survive because of kidney failure and organ shut down. Titan beat very long odds and is now healthy and happily married to Nike (Moose's widow). He is gentle but confident and no one messes with him. His favorite thing to do is lie on the ramp so no one can access his roost.
