Hello! My name is Cheryl Dickinson and I have been a Palomacy volunteer and foster since 2009. I am holding my foster bird Windy. Windy was dropped of at the Peninsula Humane Society with a serious wing injury (likely hawk struck) and required surgery for a partial wing amputation. I nursed him to full health and he was recently adopted and married Sunny a lovely flightless gal. They live in an outdoor enclosure happily ever after.
