Squeaky is our rambunctious male (semi-self) rescued pigeon. Squeaky was rescued in May 2021 (by my mother, thanks Mom!), when he was spotted in her driveway, attempting to fly. He was weak, hungry & scared. With a soft cage & bird seed in the garage, he waltzed right in. He was purple banded, likely a lost wedding release. We took him in & just fell in love with him. Squeaky now has two mates, Rachel (human) & Noodle (pigeon). Squeaky loves; flying, courting, spicy cookies (inside joke), cardboard castles, cardboard toys, ringing bells at 2am, rough housing with daddy human, messy baths & cooing...& cooing.
