What's the story?
Dustin (aka Twinkles), a Fantail, was a foster with Palomacy. He hooked up with Lulu, another fostered Fantail. Dustin is bold, confident, and brave. He is a regular at outreach events and is a fantastic pigeon diplomat. He is the most vocal pigeon. He calls for Lulu. She ignores him. She no longer lays eggs and is not interested in nest duty. He LOVES and proudly sits on the fake eggs supplied to him. Lulu will give him breaks, and is nearby in protection mode. They seem to have worked through their differences, and are a very devoted couple.
