Bird(s)' Story
Unfortunately Derpy's parents built their nest in an area that was being cleared to build a chemical processing plant. The loud noises and big equipment confused and scared the young Dove family. Derpy, starving and scared eventually hid under Nick's Safety Helmet -hence he was adopted! Derpy was the most peculiar & talkative squab, chirping non-stop ever moment he was awake. He now occupies his own bedroom in a house he is allowed to freely roam (when supervised)!
