Bird(s)' Story
We found Ally in a wild flock near our home, she was 5-6 weeks old. She had issues (possibly PMV) was unable to fly and was being henpecked out of her flock. We knew we couldn’t leave her out there so we took her home and named her Archie, so sure were we that she was a boy. With supportive care she not only recovered but thrived and at about 7 months old declared that she was in fact a girl, laying her very first egg. 1 year and a half later she is happy heal and continues to thrive.
