Bird(s)' Story
RoRo came into our lives while volunteering at our local wildlife center. A kind samaritan brought her in after falling from a nest in a warehouse. Our wildlife clinic manager cared for RoRo a few weeks to make sure she was healthy/stable and then Ro "officially adopted us"....our lives were forever changed! A love of music (Neil Diamond and Elton John, in particular) to show off her twirling abilities and "pretty lobster tail", unconditional love, and a strong will to live is how to best sum up "Princess Pidgie". Sadly, she passed away in February from cancer. We take comfort knowing she touched many lives in her short 10 years and that others have an appreciation for pigeons after meeting her.
