Bird(s)' Story
Spike and her husband, Apina, were adopted at Flocktoberfest and traveled by Winnebago to Everett, WA to join their new flock. Such a beautiful girl, we thought she needed a more feminine name but Emily retained her sharp spiky personality. She was a such a tiny little girl but tough as nails. No matter how painful it must have been as her little bones degenerated, she was brave, bright eyed and up for a fight to the end. We will miss her terribly.
