Bird(s)' Story
This is Eira and Toasted Marshmallow. Their caregiver is 
Bailey Knight from Austin, TX.
A livestock rescue took Toasty in after he had been found as a stray with an injured leg. He was bred and sold by a pet store in Pennsylvania. He somehow made it to Texas, and Bailey is glad he did! Even though a slight limp remains from his leg injury, he is a very happy bird. His mate, Eira, came from a group of oops babies that occurred when a stray homing pigeon joined a flock of fantails. They both have such wonderful personalities. This photo was taken during Toasty and Eira’s first honeymoon phase.
