Bird(s)' Story
Jonah was found in a Chicago alleyway, using his beak and his last ounce of strength to drag himself across the gravel. Both his legs were fractured and completely paralyzed. By the time we got him home, he was unconscious. After months of care, daily hydrotherapy, and advice from Palomacy, Jonah regained his health! He moved with us to California last year, where he received a remarkable surgery to restore the full use of his legs. He is our beloved family member who runs the whole household, and inspired us to focus our bird rehab on pigeons.
