Bird(s)' Story
We don't know what happened that put tiny, fragile Diamond dove Ziti out on the streets of SF all by himself in May of 2019 but he was very lucky to be rescued & taken to the open-door animal shelter: SF Animal Care & Control. After his stray hold passed without anyone claiming him, they contacted Palomacy for help. We fostered him briefly, he was quickly adopted, & then when his adopter suddenly lost her housing, we were able to rehome him, his lovely mate Sadie & their friends with another wonderful adopter.
