Bird(s)' Story
She was found on the ground. Helpless. No one knew what kind of bird she was. Her eyes were not open yet. After a few Internet searches I looked up at my mom and proclaimed "It's a pigeon!" I took her home and warmed her up, made her a bottle and marveled at this interesting little baby. I hand fed her for three days, put her in a wild doves nest in hopes she would grow and fly away. The doves cared for her for two weeks, when they didn't come back one day we took her back in. Now she's our sweet little friend that brings us so much joy. She loves: our heads, my husbands voice, baths and neck scratches. She's been known to play the guitar and purchase things on the internet. Pigeons are such cool pets!
Update: per the vet, she could be Mr. Plumeria?
