Cooper Valencia is doing well and loves his long walks to visit his girlfriends: Ginchie, Leilani, and Samantha. Cooper is a survivor of heartworm, Lyme's disease, and was abandoned for a year. Cooper is forever grateful to Denise and everyone at OESR for saving him. He is a sweet boy and just wants to be loved, and that's what we do!
