Pluto, an OESR owner surrender, needed a new home environment. Appropriately named, as he seems to be a dwarf setter, we wondered why he had short legs and found out Pluto is not pure English Setter but has Beagle and, wait for it.....Chihuahua in him. But don't tell him!
