A "leap day" baby, Wembley was born just before the Covid Pandemic started. At 5 months old he broke his leg and had to have surgery to install pins in his leg. At 11 months old, he had to have another surgery to remove the pins. It was certainly a rough first year for this boy but he is happy and loving his life with his doggy brothers and sister.
