Spooky was born on Halloween and was our Forever Foster who we fell so in love with. He was 12 years old and a owner surrender when he came to us as our very first foster. He was active and ambitious, always looking for an opportunity for an adventure (yes he was a runner). Spooky struggled with health issues from the start that were challenging but it never got him down. Such a loving pup. Those medical issues cut our time short but we treasure every memory we had with him. We are forever grateful to OESR for helping us thru those months with love and compassion. This is Spooky... Forever Foster..Forever in our hearts!
