I adopted Luna Sue through the A.D.O.P.T. program through Rockville Correctional Facility. She is bull dog/boxer mix. She was originally found chained up, with the chain embedded in her back leg and her neck. She had to have emergency surgery to save her leg. Luna is the sweetest girl with so much love to give! Adopting her was the best decision.
