Oscar was adopted from a family in Scappoose who was unable to care for him. He joined our family right before Christmas 2021 at the age of 6 months. Not surprisingly, he loves when we get our Christmas tree each year. Oscar brings us his collar and harness daily, excited for his daily walk on our property near Forest Park where he gently plays with butterflies, snakes, and dragonflies.
