This little 1.8 pound “parti” poodle is a special-needs Queen. She has an eating disorder so she never grew larger than puppy-size. She provides emotional support to her fur-baby mommy, who is a female Army veteran and never leaves her side. She is the Queen despite her beautiful mini-size and she lets no fellow dog-friends or dog-family members tell her otherwise. Not even her family kitty cat. Cleopatra wins every discuss with those cute eyes and that big attitude.
