Miss Nona was rescued by OPA back in 2021 in the Groves/Beaumont area after being hit by a car. A nice vet fixed her hips with 2 surgeries and she sat waiting for a foster for a couple weeks. We stepped up knowing that , since our other husky, had similar surgery, we could handle the Physical Therapy involved. After 3 days of her howling and boisterous VERY husky personality , I was sold. Now if she doesn't get her daily 2 walks, not just 1, I hear about it !!! She is a fan of cats when and only when she can stare them down and catch them which is never haha. Her big sis Gracie Lou is the queen of the house and she is my princess.
