I went to the shelter looking for my first cat and requested a people/animal friendly cat. I was taken to a cat that had been in the shelter for about a month. As soon as I opened the cage, this sweet cat put his front paws on my shoulders as if he was hugging me and he didn't want to let go. When I asked why such a sweet, loving cat was in the shelter so long, I was told "He looks too plain, people want exotic looking cats". I almost cried thinking he wouldn't get a home. At that moment I knew this cat was going to be a part of my family.

Today Hemsworth has the biggest personality of any cat I have ever known. He loves to cuddle, play, and be the center of attention. Even my friends who prefer dogs love him!
