Meet Owen! The first time I ever saw Owen was through the power of social media. He was in a post labeled “Code Red (EU)” due to the over population in the shelter; even though he was only 3 months old he had unfortunately overstayed his welcome. The post stated that they had a rescue ready to pull him but needed donations and a foster. I immediately volunteered to foster him but they still needed donations; my heart broke for him. Just when I thought his time was up, a wonderful man made a generous donation that saved his life! From the moment I met Owen I knew we were meant for each other! I never realized how important donations and fosters were until this wonderful baby almost lost his life. So Owen and I would like to thank all of those who donate/foster/rescue because you are the lifesaving change!
