Red came to us as a stray in July, 2008. We figured out she was dumped at 6-8 months old. Then Hurricane Ike was coming in September, 2008 and my family was leaving the area. We were not going to leave her behind. Once we returned a week later, she walked into our home and has been ours ever since then! She is the most lovable & loyal girl who means so much to our family. You would never know she will be 10 years old next year with her maintained energy.
