I rescued this pretty girl 13 years ago along with her mom, brother and sister. They were starving and had apparently been mistreated because I couldn’t get near any of them. Janie has had a safe and happy life since being on our farm.
She still won’t let me pet her but she’s sitting here, in the shade of the plant, waiting for her breakfast.
