Mae is as sweet as they come! She started off as a foster that we pulled from the Allen County Dog Wardens Office. She had been dumped in their drop box and was very skinny and had mange. Understandably, she had trust issues, as we could tell that she had been abused. It took a long time for her to heal physically and emotionally but it didn’t take long for us to realize that she had found her forever home . Mae is unlike most dogs, as she is not motivated by food but rather by compasssion and love. Once you earn her trust, she will love you like no other dog I have ever been around. She would be happy to spend all day in my lap, with her head against my chest, showing her gratitude and affection.💗
