Chipper received his name for his youthful exuberance he exhibited as a pup. His favorite time of year is Christmas, as he loves greeting all friends and family that visit during the holidays. Chipper has a younger "brother ", Teddy, a 2 year old Shi-Poo. Chipper is 9 years old and still loves playing ball.
