Harold is an OBHR dog that has come into rescue with horrible issues! His initial vet bill was $1300. He had a severally infected neck sore, infected ears and teeth falling out. His nails were growing into his feet. We will gladly feature Harold on a month or even the cover of our calendar to show what a true rescue can become!
