Lucy came into NRGRR as a "Golden-hearted " dog when the wife of one of our vet's rescued her from the side of the road and no owner was to be found. Lucy had a huge growth under her tail that was found to be cancerous and given two weeks to two months to live. So, she is a Permanent Foster and 8 months later living life large! She just amazed her people and a wildlife rescuer when she found a baby bunny in distress using that oh so fine nose of hers. She is paying it forward saving another life. She is now know as the "Bunny angel"! Look at the face! How could you not fall in love!
